Shipping Policy

FYI Perfumes Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, via trusted courier partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery times from the date your order is confirmed:

Within India : 3 to 7 business days

Delivery Times:
Orders will be delivered between 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you're unavailable to sign for your package, we recommend designating someone else to receive it on your behalf, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.

Please note that FYI Perfume is not responsible for any goods signed for by someone other than the original recipient.

Damage After Delivery:
FYI Perfume is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs after the package has been delivered and signed for.

Reporting Issues:
If there are any issues with your order, such as missing items or damages, please report them to our customer service team on the same day that you receive your package. You can reach us via phone at (+91) 022 3152 6691 or by email at hello@freyaa.com. Please include the necessary images or videos related to your claim, with the subject line “Refund Request for [Order Number]”.

Shipping & Handling Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as product type, size, packaging, and volume. You will be able to view the shipping costs during the checkout process, before completing your payment.
