Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products. Once your order is delivered, we cannot accept returns, as these items cannot be reused or resold.
Our products are made with high-quality natural ingredients, and any damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or misuse is not covered by this policy. Additionally, we recommend performing a patch test before using our products, as we do not cover reactions or sensitivities to specific ingredients.
Refund Policy

  • Damage after Delivery: FYI Perfume is not responsible for any damage to products once they have been delivered.
  • Claims for Missing Items, Damage, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, you must provide an unboxing video showing the original packaging and the issue. This video is required for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
  • Refund Process: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include the necessary images or videos related to your claim, with the subject line “Refund Request for [Order Number]”.
  • Tampered or Damaged Packages: If your package is visibly tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner. If you have already accepted the package, contact our customer care team within 3 days to report the issue. Refunds will not be processed after this time frame.
  • Refund Timeline: If your refund claim is accepted, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your provided bank account within 7 - 10 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In cases of damaged or defective products (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items), a refund or exchange may be initiated after a thorough verification process.
  • Notification Window: To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must contact our customer care team within 24-48 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or defective product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the total order amount to cover payment gateway charges.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, a return charge of ₹100 will be deducted if the order is returned to the seller (for prepaid orders).
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation is accepted, the refund for paid orders will be credited to your original payment account within 15 days. For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 -10 working days.
